IQAC Organised Faculty Empowerment Workshop “Empowerment-ED 2023

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Sacred Heart College (Autonomous) organized a faculty empowerment workshop titled “Empowerment-ED 2023.” The workshop aimed to enhance the professional development of faculty members. The esteemed resource person for the program was TK Jose IAS, Chairman of the Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission. Mr. Jose shared his expertise and knowledge, providing valuable insights on various aspects of faculty empowerment. The workshop covered topics such as effective teaching methodologies, research and publication strategies, and innovative approaches to student engagement. The event proved to be a valuable platform for faculty members to gain new perspectives and enhance their teaching capabilities.
