IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO FYUGP STUDENTS SEEKING ADMISSION FOR SECOND YEAR
The students at the end of second semester may be permitted to change their major programme of study to any course/ institution/ university across the state. Based on the availability of seats and other facilities, the students may be permitted to opt any discipline which he/she/they had studied during the first two semesters as Discipline Specific Foundation courses/ Multidisciplinary Foundation courses. If ranking is required, it will be in the order of the highest-grade points secured in the discipline to which the switching of Major is sought.
General Quota Applications: Regular admissions under the general quota will begin after the publication of +2 results.
Management Quota Applications: Candidates can now apply for management quota seats. However, you must complete the mark entry process once the +2 results are published. They must meet the management representative on working days.

SH School of Communication – Aptitude Test and Interview for Admissions
ADMISSION NOTIFICATION 2025 - (You are expected to write the test only ones)
Aptitude test (written) and Interview for admission to UG and PG programmes will be held on Friday the 25th April 2025
Aptitude test & Interview date: 25th April 2025, Friday
UG Programmes:
- BA Animation Visual Effects
- BA Animation Graphic Design
- BA Visual Communication
PG Programmes:
- MA Journalism and Mass Communication
- MA Cinema and Television
- MA Digital Animation
- MA Graphic Design
Reporting time – 10:30 AM
Aptitude test time – 11:00AM to 12:30PM
Lunch :12:30PM to 1:30PM
Interview : Starts at 2:00PM
Venue – SH School of Communication
- UG Applicants are requested to carry art works for the interview and stationery for the test (Pen, Pencil, Eraser, color pencils)
- PG Applicants for Cinema are requested to submit a port-folio of their works on the day of Aptitude test and Interview.
- PG Applicants for Animation and Design are requested to carry art works for the interview and stationery for the test (Pen, Pencil, Eraser, color pencils)
Important notification:
You are expected to register for the course using the link shcollege.ac.in to be eligible for the publishing of rank list and admissions.
