Sacred Heart (Autonomous College) witnessed an enlightening “Talk Session” organized by its Age-Friendly Club at Melesius Hall. The event, held on June 20, 2024, from 3:40 to 4:30 pm, featured Sanjose A Thomas, Head of the Department of Sociology, as the resource person. The focus of the session was “Graceful Ageing – Tips & Strategies in the New Millennium,” offering valuable insights and strategies for navigating the challenges of ageing in today’s world.
