IQAC organized “Empowerment-ED 2023,” a faculty empowerment workshop. TK Jose IAS, Chairman of Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission, served as the resource person. The event aimed to enhance faculty skills, covering innovative teaching, research writing, assessment techniques, and technology integration. Mr. Jose emphasized research and innovation’s importance and encouraged educators to stay updated. The interactive workshop facilitated discussions, networking, and collaboration among participants. Dr. Abi TG, the convener, expressed gratitude to Mr. Jose for his insights. The workshop concluded, empowering faculty to implement new knowledge for improved teaching and research, fostering academic excellence.
