Participants and winners of M G University youth festival – 2020, who could not submit the application for Grace marks before 31 May 2020 due to Covid -19 pandemic, may submit the same on or before 30 Jan. 2021 (without fine) and with a fine of Rs. 250/- on or before 20 Feb. 2021.
